As a company whose principals have spent more than 25 years working with and taking care of professional athletes,
API has the unique ability to provide a host of services to take care of their every need and make their lives easier.
These days everyone leads a hectic lifestyle that makes it difficult to find the time to take care of the daily tasks that are so important,
but time consuming. That becomes even more difficult for families who own multiple residences, live in different parts of the
country during different times of the year, spend a high percentage of their time traveling and are required to live in a manner that
does not allow for much – if any – free time during normal working hours.
With that in mind, API Concierge Services has been developed to make sure that every need of a professional athlete and his or
her family can be handled as efficiently as possible |

A Note from Erin Williams
API Concierge Director
Hi. My name is Erin Williams, and my husband Todd has been playing professional baseball for 17 years. I am well aware of the demands that professional athletes and their families deal with on a daily basis. My family and I are well-traveled; we have relocated cross country on a moment’s notice and experienced all of the headaches involved with the fast-paced professional-athlete lifestyle.
After speaking with many players and their wives, I have discovered that there are services they wish were readily available — anywhere, anytime — and I know from experience that there were many times when our family could have used the assistance of a business such as API Worldwide Concierge Services.
I am here to take the frustration away so that players and their families can focus on family life and their careers. I will make myself available to you anytime to assist with any and all concerns. I will provide the experience, expertise, confidentiality and level of comfort that are necessary to those in the professional-athlete community.
